Profile: travel is by 4WD, minibus and 2 scenic flights. Group: min. 4, max. 12, plus leader and appropriate local staff. Min. age 16. Accommodation: 9 nights lodges, 2 nights traditional bushman house, 2 nights wilderness permanent tented camp with proper beds, linen, bedside table and lantern. Food: all breakfasts, 12 lunches and 8 dinners included. Itinerary: Day 1 Depart London. 2 Arrive Maun; transfer to chalets on banks of Thamelakane River; relax by pool. 3 To Ghanzi on edge of the Kalahari. 4 Full day with local San tribe. Guided walk into the Kalahari with Bushmen; learn bush skills from these remarkable people. 5 To Maun; afternoon free for optional activities such as horse riding or scenic flight over the Delta. 6 Fly to camp in permanent water area within the Okavango Delta; settle into accommodation; afternoon game walk or mokoro trip. 7 Glide through Okavango Delta by mokoro; morning or afternoon game walk. 8 Scenic flight to lodge in Eastern part of Chobe N.P.; afternoon game drive or walk. 9 Full day to explore with morning and afternoon game drives. 10 To small, private lodge on the banks of Chobe River. 11 Morning game drive in Western Chobe N.P.; afternoon cruise on Chobe River with excellent wildlife viewing. 12 To lodge on banks of Zambezi River, visit magnificent Victoria Falls. 13/14 Two full days for optional activities around Victoria Falls such as whitewater rafting, elephant back safaris, horse riding or helicopter flight over the falls. 15 Depart Livingstone. 16 Arrive London.
